They have featured a most impressive gallery of the work of Craig Wilson. He has a good eye for a photograph and can clearly grasp the perspective that he's working with and a good imagination to anticipate the abstract of the patterns from above. I note that much of the work is taken at either dawn or dusk, when you not only get the rich saturated colour that photographers love, but also when the long shadows bring added interest to the ground, both on a large scale, with people and railings casting lines across the frame, but also on a small scale, where the texture of the ground is brought to life. If someone would kindly drop me his Snail address (by Email), I'd like to write to him. Andrew -- New to rec.kites?
