Subject: Where are kite events in Texas?

Does anyone know of any kite events coming up in Texas? I am interested in
 power kiting and I would like to see some power kites in the air and talk
to thier owners about handling, pulling force, etc.

Rockport, TX Sept 3rd and 4th or better yet labor day weekend.
