Kathmandu Learning Centre Seeks Help

Teachers and academics from around the world are attending a five day 
seminar at Kathmandu, Nepal, 13-17 Dec, to help establish the
Saraswati Teacher Centre to be a window
of communication with professional educators around the world.
International assistance is being sought to provide computer based
communication links between the Centre and the rest of the world.
