The purpose of the IFIP lectureship programme is to develop a file of experts who, by having registered, indicate their interest in providing services on an ad hoc basis when on travel. The submitted forms will be placed in the IFIP roster of lecturers and is available freely. The list is also accessible on-line in the IFIP databases. The roster of lecturers is also provided to UNESCO's lectureship programme. The lecturers are available to all countries. IFIP's role in this programme is only to provide the list of lecturers. IFIP does not take any responsibility regarding expenses incurred by any party related to the use of the list. Neither does IFIP vouch for the quality of the lecturers. Those desiring to acquire the services of the lecturers should contact them directly. Dipak Khakhar Co-ordinator, Lectureship Programme Name: S.V.Raghavan Address: Dept of Comp. Sc. & Eng.
